the story behind
About The Bad Bitch Blueprint
I've been doing this for about eighteen years, though I didn't call it anything back then and I wouldn't have known what to call it. I just journaled.
I was living in my car at the time, with no plan and no money and nobody in my life telling me it was okay to want something bigger than what I had, so I'd sit there and write. Where's my money going, and why am I so tired all the time, and who am I saying yes to that I don't even like. The same questions over and over, until eventually they turned into something that was more of a ritual.
It took me years to notice they always landed in the same four places, and that's how this began to take shape. I was sharing it with friends, women in my community and eventually here with you. Body, Mind, Money and Relationships. I still use it today, frequently actually, whenever I catch myself drifting.
I turned it into The Bad Bitch Blueprint because I couldn't stop noticing how many women I know are living lives that look great in the photos, but underneath they feel removed or unfulfilled. The good job and the nice place, and underneath all of it this low hum of "wait, is this it?" I know that hum, because I lived in it for a long time.
The free seven-day audit is those same four pillars laid out for you, so you don't have to spend eighteen years figuring out the questions like I did. You'll see where your time is actually going, and what you've been quietly putting up with, and what you'd change if you stopped waiting for someone to give you permission. Run it once, twice, really as often as you need to.
If you know there's more in you but you keep landing at the bottom of your own list, you're in the right place. Maybe you found me through the TEDx talk, or a lifting video and honestly it doesn't matter how you got here.
